On June 10, 1947 an extraordinary man was born in Paterson, New Jersey to an accountant and a first grade teacher.  This man was none other than an incredibly talented composer and musician by the name of Randy Edelman.  Edelman was a musical prodigy from even a young age.  He attended the University of Cincinnati, going to the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music before heading to New York where he played the piano in Broadway Orchestras.
