No. Lock Stock was good, after that Ritchie has been steadily proving the point that you don’t have to be good at what you do to be able to direct a film. Without Pitt this film has nothing. The gypsy aspect is the only truly interesting part. The rest is predictable and follows pretty much the same formula as Lock Stock. This film was made for teenage boys.

Glad that made you laugh. Taken as just a popcorn action flick it was actually fairly enjoyable
With that said, never mind Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, undead, and a dragon (albeit briefly), how can this be directed by the same director as Dragonheart and the same orchestra conductor as Dragonheart and still be this average? That blows my mind.
