The Rakes: All Too Human

It’s always the quiet ones you have to be careful of, and The Rakes are no different. They originated from the London scene that brought us bands such as The Libertines and The Others. Whilst these bands focused heavily on the jagged and raw sound of bands such as The Sex Pistols and The Clash, The Rakes sound is much more angular and in debt to bands such Wire and Gang of Four.
